EU online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for our own content
We are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and general law.
Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our service, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected. Any liability only arises once we obtain actual knowledge of a concrete infringement — we then act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the relevant content.
Liability for user-generated splash pages
superlink.fyi is a hosting provider under § 10 DDG and Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
All splash pages, destinations, titles, descriptions, images, videos and any other content displayed via a superlink are created and published by our users on their own responsibility. They do not represent the opinion of the operator.
- We do not pre-screen user content.
- We exercise no editorial control over user content.
- Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law and third-party rights.
Once we obtain actual knowledge of illegal content — via the report mechanism at superlink.fyi/report or otherwise — we act expeditiously to remove or disable access.
Liability for external links
Our service contains links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no influence over their content and cannot assume liability for it.
The respective provider or operator of a linked site is always responsible for its content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no illegal content was recognisable at that time.
A permanent review of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Content created by the operator on these pages is subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution or any use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator.
Where content was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected and identified as such where applicable.
